2017 Pemberton Pinot Rose

Ray Jordan 91/100
This Pinot Noir Rosé displays aromas of bright berry fruits with floral edges. The palate is full of red apples and fresh strawberries with a crisp dry finish.
Food Matching: Enjoy with seafood, paella or grilled chicken.
2017 Pemberton Sauvignon Blanc
Ray Jordan 91/100
Refreshing fruit salad aromas. Fruit salad mid palate and less prominent savoury herbaceousness. Crisp finish.
Food Matching: Barbecued prawns, greek salad or lemon-mint risotto.
2016 Margaret River Chardonnay
The juice was racked but not settled giving more mouthfeel and texture. Using a combination of new and old oak as well as a portion through malolactic fermentation provided a creamier, textured style. Battonage during maturation also enhanced texture. Wine from the Margaret River Region.
Food Matching: Rich Roast chicken with lemon and rosemary potatoes or wood fire roasted lobster with herb and garlic butter.
This wine shows aromas of tropical fruits such as mango, apricot and guava and the palate has intense lemon and lime flavours to balance the rich aromas.
Food Matching: Asian curries, roast duck, slow cooked rabbit and chorizo with puy lentils.
2015 Debut Shiraz
A rich and spicy expression of Western Australia Shiraz. This wine displays flavours of dark red fruits, pepper and wild mushrooms with just enough oak to deliver complex yet approachable wine.
Food Matching: Lamb casseroles, peppered steak and beef dishes.
2014 Debut Pinot Noir
Characteristic smooth tannins and flavours of cherries and strawberries with a hint of mint.
Food Matching: Duck breast with roasted beetroot and orange Salad or beef bourguignon.
2017 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
This classic blend finds true expression in the cool South Western Australian climate with a full, blanced palate, and a long crisp finish.

2017 Debut Cabernet Merlot
GOLD MEDAL 94/100 – Wine Showcase New Release Tasting 2018
This Western Australian benchmark blend of subtle flavours, finely seasoned with selected oak produce an irresistible structure and mouthfeel. While easy to drink on its own this wine will accompany many different food styles.
Food Matching: This wine will complement many food styles however try red meat dishes such
as roast leg of lamb or penne with chunky tomato and pork sausage.
2017 Debut Merlot
Australian cool climate Merlot shows a spectrum of herbal, earthy and savoury aromas. The palate is rich and generous whilst still maintaining elegance and finesse.
Food Matching: Rack of lamb or osso bucco with braised leeks.
2016 Debut Malbec
A soft and juicy expression of Malbec, this wine shows flavours of rich plums, dark cherries with a hint of tobacco.
Food Matching: This wine will complement many food styles however try meat dishes – roast pork and leaner cuts of red meat.
2015 Debut Chardonnay
93/100 Gold Medal Wine Showcase 2015
Harvested at optimum ripeness, crushed, de-stemmed, must chilled and de-juiced. The juice was allowed to cold settle for 36 hours and subsequently racked off, upon which an aromatic yeast was introduced for fermentation. The ferment was halted early to aid in preserving the natural grape sugars and to add body and enhanced fruit character to the finished wine.
Food Matching: Pan fried baby snapper, baked eggplant with tomato and basil.
