A rich and spicy expression of Western Australia Shiraz. This wine displays flavours of dark red fruits, pepper and wild mushrooms with just enough oak to deliver complex yet approachable wine
Season: A cool moderate summer allowed slow ripening conditions while retaining high natural acidity. Excellent flavour development with a natural acid balance.
Debut Range
2014 Debut Pinot Noir
This elegant wine was made using traditional vinification techniques including whole bunch fermentation, extended skin contact and barrel fermentation, all of which add to its complexity.
This wine displays classic Pinot flavours reminiscent of cherries and wild strawberries with undertones of satsuma plums.
Season: A cool moderate summer allowed slow ripening conditions while retaining high natural acidity. Excellent flavour development with a natural acid balance.
