The art of cellaring is less common in today’s “now” society. More often than not, wine is consumed within the first 30 minutes from purchase. Since the first vines were hand planted by Peter Pratten along the Capel River, the family have stored special wines in their climate-controlled warehouse. The Pratten family are constantly judging the wines for release to our valued customers when they are at their very best.
