2021 Black Label Margaret River Chardonnay
$49.99
This Chardonnay is 100% barrel fermented in French Oak barriques using native yeasts. A lifted bouquet of white peach and orange blossom lead into subtle flinty notes with a touch of sea spray to complete the complex nose. There is an abundance of white stone fruit emitting from a texturally soft yet juicy mid palate finishing with a hint of cream. Time on carefully selected french oak give this beautiful Margaret River Chardonnay balance and poise.

Pale lemon, olive brine nose with a flinty, limey palate, crisp acidity and a rich but delicate palate. Has length and balance.
Silver Medal - 92 Points Decanter World Wine Awards
Pale colour. Classical nectarine, peach aromas with complex lanolin/minerally notes. Well balanced wine with nectarine, white peach, green apple flavours, fine supple textures and indelible fresh acidity
95 points // Andrew Caillard Journal 2022
Elegant, stylish and complex, the wine shows white flesh stone fruit, lemon peel, nougat and roasted cashew characters on the nose, leading to a concentrated palate displaying fine texture and focused mouthfeel. Brilliantly structured by bright acidity, finishing impressively long and engaging. At its best: now to 2032
