This aromatic wine is made from single clone low yielding Riesling grapes on hallowed ground -our Whispering Hill Vineyard in Mount Barker. This sublime wine shows layered aromas of talc, lime and floral perfume, followed by a palate of citrus, flint and mineral characters that extend to a long crisp finish. A beautiful example of world class Riesling grown in the Great Southern of Western Australia.

Optimal Drinking: Optimal drinking for fresh fruit driven characters is immediate and careful cellaring will reward with complex, developed characters.
Palate: Citrus, flint and flint characters that extend to a long crisp finish.
The Season: The spring and summer seasons in 2021 were cooler than average. We were very fortunate to avoid disease pressure in our Riesling parcels .Low yielding fruit produced elegant flavours and refeshingly good natural acidity.
